The Buskers
| A "busker" is literally a street musician. Baton Rouge's own "The Buskers" are truly reminiscent of the New Orleans street musicians who entranced duo member Dorothy LeBlanc as a child. Her musical partner Mike Whitney is just as comfortable playing dobro and bottleneck as he is 12-string and harmonica; Dorothy's mandolin and guitar add just the right compliment to bring the sounds they love to life! Expect to hear acoustic blues, folk, rock, jazz, bluegrass, traditional and original tunes! A great time for all ages. |
